Our position on academic integrity
Academic integrity is the commitment to honesty, fairness, and responsibility in academia, including student work. We respect the rules of academic integrity and do not condone their violation. According to our Code, below are some — though not all — of the common forms of academic misconduct:
- plagiarism
- contract cheating
- fraud
- collusion
- fabrication
- falsification
- sabotage
- impersonation
- deceit
We do not permit the use of our Service in ways that violate academic integrity. Our Product is meant to facilitate your academic journey and help you improve your performance without engaging in academic dishonesty.
Our position on the use of AI tools
The Product you receive, whether from our experts or via the AI tools available on our Platform, is intended exclusively for personal use. It is supposed to serve as a sample to follow and a source of inspiration. We do not permit claiming authorship of or copyright over the Product.
By using our Service, you agree to use the Product only in ways that do not violate this Code.
The following practices are strictly prohibited under our Code:
- Any transfer of the purchased Product or related materials to third parties (including reselling or otherwise distributing)
- Commercial use of the Product
- Submitting or presenting the Product as your own work without proper credit
- Using bots, scripts, or other methods to enable mass or automated use of the Plagiarism Checker and AI tools on our Platform
Prohibited requests and activities
Below are some examples of request types and activities that are not allowed on our Platform:
- Falsifying financial reports and other financial data
- Creating misleading CVs with fake information on the candidate’s education, job experience, etc.
- Any form of official document forgery
- Impersonating a student or any other customer
- Preparing academic work and other educational materials that are meant to be presented as a student’s own writing
- Ghostwriting all kinds of academic assignments and publications, including dissertations, theses, etc.
- Knowingly incorporating fake data or citations
- Using our experts to take a test or quiz while impersonating a student, plagiarize someone else’s work, or otherwise violate your school’s academic integrity policy.
This list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to expand or update it in the future.
You are prohibited from using our AI tools for the following purposes:
- Producing harmful or deceptive content
- Engaging in academic dishonesty in any way
- Otherwise applying AI tools in academia without due authorization
Non-compliance with this Code will result in a permanent account ban.
Statement on corporate use
We do not endorse, facilitate, or participate in corporate misconduct, breaches of corporate policies, fraud, or any unlawful activities. Experts who knowingly facilitate any type of corporate fraud or dishonesty will be removed from our Platform.
Statement to the experts
Experts are not allowed to knowingly facilitate academic dishonesty or otherwise assist customers in violating their school’s rules and academic integrity policy. Experts are also prohibited from knowingly accepting customer requests involving any form of corporate fraud.
Statement to schools and educators
If you are an educator or represent an educational institution and become aware of any violations of this Code, we encourage you to report them.
Legal and regulatory compliance
You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the rules of a specific academic institution, when using our Service. We reserve the right to deny service to any customer who fails to meet these requirements.
If you breach this Code when using our Service, you acknowledge that you may face disciplinary action under your academic institution’s rules and relevant laws. You assume full responsibility for any consequences and agree to protect and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, and associated individuals from any resulting claims or liabilities.
Customer commitments and warranties
By using our Service, you automatically commit to complying with this Code and only utilize the Product for personal and informational purposes. You also warrant that you will not use our Product to violate any rules, honor codes, or academic integrity policies of your educational institution.
Additionally, you warrant not to use our Product to defraud, deceive, or otherwise mislead anyone. You also agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations.
Disclaimer
It is our goal to always provide high-quality services and meet our customers’ expectations. However, we cannot guarantee any concrete results. Our Products are meant to serve as reference materials, and the responsibility for using them is entirely yours.
Amendments to the Code
We reserve the right to update or change any part of this Code at any time, without prior notice. The responsibility for reviewing it to keep up with any amendments is on you. By using our Service, you automatically agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the contents of this Code.
