If they’re happy with the work, the payment will be released. If there are some minor issues with the content or regularity of the paper, they may choose to publish a partial amount of 75% - 95%. Papers which have significant problems may have their contracts canceled and payments withheld by the customer.

If a customer decides to withhold payment, this decision can be disputed by the writer. Should this happen, our Quality Assurance team will step in to investigate. They will decide whether or not payments should be released or withheld, and their decision will be final.
